You feel like you are their top priority, and I love that. I love the fact that their family is there. I haven't started building just yet, but I know it's going to be a great process!

After the interest rate hikes and the cost of materials went up I had to go back and modify my plans to make it affordable. They didn’t charge me one dime and they were extremely understanding. I’m in the process of getting my loan finalized and I’m excited to have this company handle the build and assembly of the metal home. Once they are done, I plan to come back and add pictures under my review. Great company and I encourage everyone to give them a chance.

The team is awesome, responsive and has been going above and beyond for us. In the beginning as we were going through our build, we had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was on top of all the changes and updates we had. Rebecca and Breanna are amazing people. They are such a pleasure to work with, and speak to. They keep us informed daily, weekly and it is reassuring we have a team looking out for us. They are very thorough in making sure we get what we want at a reasonable price and provide us with all the knowledge we need on such a new type of home build. This company has such strong "family" values and gives the best possible service to their clients. We are very thankful we chose Colt Buildings. We can't wait to show all our friends and family all that they did for me with the completion of our build. Cannot wait to get the finished product once our GC (that the spent hours looking for us) completes the project.
