2. Planning & Design Consultant: This person is a professional marketer and networker. They understand the building process and are very relational with clients over the phone. They are great educators and can line up appointments. They can close. Client’s love interacting with them, and they are always willing to grow.

3. Architectural Designer: Responsible for coordinating with the client in means of custom designs and customer service.

4. Licensed Structural Engineer: A licensed structural engineer who is competent in steel manufacturing and load bearing systems.

-Stamp and Seal all Structures according to code

5. Licensed Architect: Licensed architects who specialize in commercial builds.

-Design Build to Code with stamp and seal.

6. Junior Building Consultant: Specialized Consultant who has proven they can execute and produce sales. This person has established a track history of sales and has the potential of leadership, mentorship, growth and determination.

7. Senior Building Consultant: A senior building consultant is an expert in their field of study. They have proven they can lead, teach, mentor, network and grow a team with no supervision. They have been with the company more than six months and possess the qualities of loyalty, wealth and productivity. They are not just a high earner but can empower others to do the same. They are a leader and motivator.

9. Steel Installer: This person possesses the talents of leadership, competent in reading blueprints, and can erect a steel building quickly and effectively. They are responsible, loyal and dependable.

10. Project Managers: They are great with people, organized, willing to travel and understand how to problem solve. This person is responsible for all sub-contractors and in collecting bids for supplies and labor. They are great critical thinkers and do not need much supervision. They are responsible for site visits, inspections, face to face interactions with inspectors and must be able to calculate bids for all residential and commercial projects.

11. General Contractors: They are competent and licensed contractors that manage projects and pull permits. They are responsible for all their own sub-contractors, inspections and to complete and occur all the risk on a job site.

12. Administration: They are extremely detailed oriented and very experienced in paperwork and in keeping the company running smooth. They do not bring drama to the workplace, and they possess the traits of growth, team building, contracting, information flow and usually possess a degree in business and administration. They are great with time management and always have a positive attitude. They are very helpful in supporting everyone on the team. This position requires ethical, loyal, honest and competent personnel.
