2. Planning & Design Consultant: This person is a professional marketer and networker. They understand the building process and are very relational with clients over the phone. They are great educators and can line up appointments. They can close. Client’s love interacting with them, and they are always willing to grow.

3. Architectural Designer: Responsible for coordinating with the client in means of custom designs and customer service.

4. Licensed Structural Engineer: A licensed structural engineer who is competent in steel manufacturing and load bearing systems.

5. Licensed Architect: Licensed architects who specialize in commercial builds.

6. Junior Building Consultant: Specialized Consultant who has proven they can execute and produce sales. This person has established a track history of sales and has the potential of leadership, mentorship, growth and determination.

7. Senior Building Consultant: A senior building consultant is an expert in their field of study. They have proven they can lead, teach, mentor, network and grow a team with no supervision. They are a leader and motivator.

10. Project Managers: They are great with people, organized, willing to travel and understand how to problem solve. This person is responsible for all sub-contractors and in collecting bids for supplies and labor. They are great critical thinkers and do not need much supervision. They are responsible for site visits, inspections, face to face interactions with inspectors and must be able to calculate bids for all residential and commercial projects.

They are great with time management and always have a positive attitude. They are very helpful in supporting everyone on the team. This position requires ethical, loyal, honest and competent personnel.
