Juan Adriatico
Juan was a NCAA College baseball player at Lander University & Erskine College where he earned a degree in business & a masters in theological studies. He is a prior Army and Navy Officer who served 9 years as a United States Chaplain as an Airborne Paratrooper with 2 combat tours in Iraq all the while awarded a bronze star with an honorable discharge and 6 years as a The Navy Chaplain of The Navy Medicine Training & Support Command of FT SAM Houston with an OTH as the creator of The USA Military Baseball Organization as a 501C3 Organization in empowering youth and Soldiers with mental health in support of Major League Baseball & The Armed Forces News Network. He is an active hunter and fisherman. Juan has owned over 15 companies along the years and continues to grow with the family vision as he is a disabled Veteran. He was a licensed and insured General Contractor and EXP realtor and comes from a family of investors, builders and entrepreneurs. Juan has bought and owned several properties from Hawaii, South Carolina, Kansas & Texas in regards to ranches, condos, homes and commercial buildings over years as an investor & advisor.
He has a beautiful son named Colt Adriatico whom he loves and adores. Twenty-five years within the ranching & commercial property industry with the family company and 21 years within the investment home and building industry & third generation business owner. Raised on a cattle ranch in Ocala Florida.

Kuykendall has been in the Metal Fabrication / Power Generation Industry for 30 years. He
developed suppliers and relationships for manufacturing in Mainland China, Philippines, Vietnam,
Taiwan, South Korea and various parts of Europe.
Living in Guangzhou China for over a decade and working with Global Companies he developed
sound relationships and enacted as a Subject Matter Expert in Global Manufacturing to such
companies as Caterpillar Global for Electric Power developing and launched thousands of Power
Generation Modules worldwide.
In 2010 Kuykendall brought 3SI to South Carolina at the request of Caterpillar Electric Power.
3S was filed in the State of South Carolina in 2013 as an S-Corp and established operations in
Laurens SC.
Kuykendall has completed multiple Patents for new Fuel Cell Technology directly related to Power
Generation. The production of the “GEO” Tank has already begun.
