Juan Adriatico, President of The Colt Firm, is a former Airborne Paratrooper and combat Veteran of 15 years with the U.S Army & Navy as an Officer and Military Chaplain. Colt Building’s is a family-based company in Greenwood, South Carolina where his team works around the clock in merging marketing strategies that meet the demands and problems of clients across America with solutions and quick response times.

Since January 2022, The Colt Firm has transformed from a startup metal building company in the living room of a small farmhouse in Saluda, South Carolina to a powerhouse of multiple buildings consultants, a full-time draft design engineering team and has the best manufacturers in the market with a national manufacturing hub system and a General Contracting Coordination Department that serves both residential and commercial projects across North America. This allows us to keep cost low for our clients and to cut traditional builds in half the time!

The Colt Firm seeks to produce 100 million in sales by July 2023. “We are very blessed with the staff we have, and by applying a service that surpasses our competition by offering truly a “ONE STOP SHOP for Custom Homes or Commercial Buildings in all 50 states with licensed and insured General Contractors.
