After you have conducted a full consultation with our design team, passed on engineering and worked with our interior decorator, you will then move into estimating where we will conduct a full estimate for your construction project.
Duration: Estimates usually take 2-5 days to calculate dependent on supply and demand.
Inclusions: All estimate includes labor and material cost. These estimates do not factor in costs for permits, septic, wells, or excavation as that will be determined by your project manager or General Contractor.
Site Visit: A site visit can also be calculated dependent on travel and the location of the building. Each Client, upon a Colt Estimate, will receive the following scope of work.
